1a: We at team Judge respect, and endeavor to protect, the privacy of all users of our online network of web and game server content. We reserve the right to make adherence to this policy a condition of membership or participation in our content.
1b: We do not sell, redistribute, publish or otherwise make available personally identifiable information to any third party, except as outlined herein.
1c: We do not review or divulge private communications except as outlined herein.
1d: We do not make use of user information to send commercial or solicitous communications except as outlined herein.
1e: Our site uses cookies for the purpose of logging users into accounts, preventing unauthorized access, and maintaining user-controlled site preferences. We do not collect or use information contained therein for any other purpose, except as stated herein.
2a: We ask users to provide such personal information as we deem necessary to ensure that only those persons entitled and authorized to use or view our online content may do so, and to help verify the source of credited contributions to our content, such as Forum postings. This may include, but is not limited to, cookies, name, date of birth, postal address, Internet Protocol address, unique game identifiers and “trace route” data.
2b: We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13 without parental consent. Any information supplied by a person under the age of 13 without parental consent will be deleted from our databases as soon as practicable upon our receiving notice of the situation.
3a: We will provide personally identifiable or other information to competent civil or criminal authorities upon request, to the extent needed to comply with a legal or ethical obligation, subpoena, court order, or regulatory requirement. We will also, upon request, provide a copy of information removed in accordance with article 2b (above) to a responsible parent or guardian.
3b: We may, at our sole discretion, provide personally identifiable information related to a user found cheating in our gaming venues to software manufacturers, various anti-cheat websites and public banned-player lists. We also reserve the right to disclose such information in public areas of our site for the purpose of investigating and exposing cheaters.
4a: We consider Email messages, user-account-specific private messages and postings in password-protected areas of our site to be confidential communications. Such communications occurring within or directed to our website are treated as confidential and are not published or redistributed, except as described in article 3a (above).
4c: We do not permit private chat logs or instant message conversations to be published on our site without the consent of all involved parties, and will remove all such content upon discovery. Such content is also subject to disclosure under article 3a (above).
5a: There is no expectation of privacy assigned to user-supplied information or communications within our Game Servers.
5b: Game and server logs are subject to review and publication by our staff at any time, including redistribution in accordance with article 3a (above).
5c: Password- or account level- protected content is considered private only to the extent that it may not be redistributed or published to persons to whom password access has not been granted, except in accordance with article 3a (above).
6a: Any person who gains unauthorized access to, or knowingly provides unauthorized access to, our content may be deemed to have forfeited all expectations of privacy.
7a: We may, at our sole discretion, revoke any user’s account, membership, or access to our content in the event that the user has in any way caused or participated in a violation of this policy.
8a: Any person having inquiries about this policy, or any person who believes a breach of this policy has occurred, or any person who believes that we may be in possession of personally identifiable information about a person under the age of 13 of whom they are a parent or legal guardian may contact us directly. We make every effort to ensure compliance with this privacy policy, however we make no warranty, implied or expressed, about our ability to comply with or enforce this policy, and we undertake no duty of fulfillment of any of the terms contained herein. Users are warned that our administrative staff is entirely composed of volunteers who may or may not have the requisite knowledge and ability to enforce or maintain the privacy and/or security of our content and that we therefore cannot in any way guarantee users’ privacy. Users are also warned that Internet communications are inherently insecure, and that we disclaim all control over, and liability for, unauthorized use of our content or files and any loss or injury that may result. Users are advised that we have no control over the privacy practices of our hosting provider and that user information may be viewed, used or stored by the provider without our knowledge or consent. Users are further advised that administrative necessity may require us to act outside this policy in order to maintain the integrity of our content and the ability of our users to experience our online community in a positive manner. Therefore, we reserve the right to exercise sole discretion over the execution of this Privacy Policy, including its repeal or alteration without notice. This policy does not constitute an agreement or contract between us and any user or third party. It is for informational purposes only.
