How to fill out the form:

Handle: The name under which you game with and utilize in the forum

Real Name: Your real, given name.

E-mail Address: A valid email address is required. Make sure the email address you give here is one you check frequently. It will be used to get in contact with you when needed. You will not receive spam from Team [Judge] and we do not sell email lists.

X-Fire: All members of Team [Judge] have X-Fire accounts. These accounts are free and are a handy means for instant communication among members when, you need a game admin, need help, etc.  You can download X-Fire for free at www.xfire.com if you wish.

Game Selection: Select the game or games that you play the most. A [Judge] in one game is a Judge in all games. This information is to help us know where to find you in the game servers.

League Participation: Team [Judge] in the past participated in many of the TWL/OGL/CAL ladders/leagues. Indicate here your desire to be placed on the list for league assignment if we begin league play.

Ventrilo: Ventrilo is a voice chat program that members must use to participate in scrims and league play. It is strongly encouraged that all members use Ventrilo as it helps people get to know each other. We also like to use Ventrilo as part of our recruitment/probation process as you will need to meet with one of our recruiting staff during your probationary term. Ventrilo may be downloaded for free from www.ventrilo.com

Donations: Team [Judge] runs many dedicated servers for the games of Team [Judge]. The cost of the server and monthly server connection is defrayed entirely through member contributions. Contributing members will be given a 'private password' which enables that player to enter the public servers even when they are full under a private seat. (When the game supports this option)

Code of Conduct: You must agree to abide by the Team [Judge] Code of Conduct (CoC) before you can be considered for admission. Please read and understand the Code before you submit this application. It is inherent that you abide by this Code of Conduct as it is the foundation upon which Team [Judge] operates.

Why do you want to join?: Tell us in a few words why you are seeking to join Team [Judge]. You might also want to tell us why you think you should be considered a good candidate for Team [Judge] and a little about yourself. You may want to include any comments that you think may be important in making a decision to admit you into Team [Judge].

By submitting this form you are applying to join Team [Judge]. You will be contacted by the appropriate recruiting representative, who will instruct you further in the process. Understand, that by submitting this application you are not automatically a member of Team [Judge], and cannot display the Team [Judge] tags until officially instructed to do so by the Captain of Recruitment, or one of his subordinates.

Application Process:

1) Recommendation: The new recruit will be brought to the attention of the game command staff. After an invitation to join has been given, the recruit can fill out the application. The new recruit should install X-Fire and MUST register at the Team [Judge] official website, www.teamjudge.us . They must then create a post in the Community Forums within the "Apply for Team Judge Membership" forum. When told to do so, the recruit may apply their tags, which will look like this

2) A post will be created in a Judge only section of the forums under the name of the recruit, where ANY [Judge] can have input. The "probationary" [Judge] or Probie will be evaluated numerous times by any [Judge] Member.

3) Once the evaluation is done the Staff will review posts and information from the evaluation reports. The probation term will be a MINIMUM of two weeks. The probation term will end with a vote, which is done by the entire Team.
